The location is excellent, situated in the historic center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, very close to the beach. The parking is not that far.
Everything was great. Maybe the room was a little warm, but we slept with the windows open.

Charmingly located in tne pedestrian area, friendly and helpful owners, nice breakfast and comfortable bed
Unfortunately our visit coincided with the local three day festival of St Jean- 19- 22. Great for us experiencing local culture and music but it did mean very loud music and noise in our room until past 2am. At other times it would be quite peaceful. Also we had an unusual heatwave for that area (and France) of 37 degrees and the property has no air- conditioning. Fans were supplied.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of the town but with parking just round the corner and close to the seafront, with shops and restaurants nearby. Our balcony opened onto a pedestrianised road and a lively square but the double French doors - both double-glazed - ensured a quiet night. We enjoyed a selection of local products at breakfast. The real plus of the hotel was the warm and friendly welcome by the proprietors and their attention to detail in the rooms: ceiling fans, good linen, nice toiletries, everything you might want. We loved this hotel and hope to return soon!
