Charming! We loved that Kingsley is so typical of the traditional sea-side hotel/B&B of yesteryear! Our room on the top floor was a family room. Private shower room, basin, tv… all beautifully clean, fresh linen.. Sue, the owner is delightful and proud of what she has. And rightly so. Would come back in a heartbeat. The breakfast was delicious too. Best full English I d tasted in a very long time. Also a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals, croissants etc. Location is perfect too.
Nothing that we didn’t like. It’s quirky and charming. If you want corporate style… go elsewhere. This is different but in a good way. Personally, I’m not used to a sprung mattress but that’s it.

Sue is a brilliant hostess and couldn’t do enough for us including booking a taxi and recommending places to go.The room was cleaned every day even though it was spotless.The breakfast is an excellent selection of everything that you could wish for.She has lots of regular customers and I’m not surprised.Would recommend it to anyone.

The host was lovely and the breakfast was very nice the location is great if wanting the beach as only 10 minute walk the town isn’t great though.
The property wasn’t bad it was clean and welcoming the shower was a little temperamental and definitely take a hairdryer with you. The room is a good size but maybe to much in there the tv faces the window so not the best layout.
