Great place, close to beach, parking (could be full aa few spaces but usually clears quick), kind smiley staff so very good impression upon arrival. Room practical and refurb. Happy :)

Was perfect for what I needed. Have paid double and stayed in worse hotels. Room was clean, shower was hot. Breakfast was extra, but plenty for a tenner. A few off road parking spaces outside the front door, but had no issues getting a space. Raj was a great host. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was offered but I’m not a breakfast person. Really friendly & helpful owners. Would HIGHLY recommend here as a place to stay.

My stay at this hotel was only brief, having arrived on Friday evening with a very early departure, to Bournemouth airport, the following morning.
I was warmly greeted and assisted with my suitcase up to the top floor single room. The room was very comfortable with a compact ensuite shower room.
The tea and coffee facility provided in the room was much appreciated after a long and tiring journey.
I cannot comment on the breakfast as I stayed on a room only basis and left in the early hours.
My only minor criticism was that the bath towel was a bit small - the dimensions more like an average hand towel however, that being said, I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again if the need arose.
