Great location, breakfast selection was excellent.
Lift door closed and lift wouldn’t work for a few minutes. Rang the bell several times & no help came. We eventually got it open. Room was quite small. 4 p.m check in is quite late.

The staff were very kind, friendly and dinner was amazing. Room was beautiful, big and spotless very comfortable beds too.
The Breakfast wasn't as nice as the dinner but it was still ok and loads of choice.

We couldn't check in until 4pm as the hotel had been busy. This is extremely late.
The breakfast was very poor. Most items were presented in a perfunctory manner. The fruit salad was nearly non existent. The pastries were small and looked like they were out of a packet. Ironically the sausages were very nice.
I have stayed in an number of hotels home and abroad in recent years. Generally, the breakfasts on offer are fresh and good to high quality. With yours I was totally underwhelmed. It was like you were just ticking a box. If you don't agree, I would ask you to look at your breakfast and ask yourself, does anything stand out........
Late on while I was in the bar I observed the cabinets and glass shelving etc behind the bar. This is a feature display for the bar, yet most of the glass is dusty and in some cases filthy. Maybe time to stand back and renew ones efforts etc?
