Easy communication, easy key access. Owner very approachable. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Tea, Coffee, biscuits and water all provided as was shower gel. Car parking right outside the door and clear directions on how to get there. Perfect stop having just got off the ferry from Spain at 8.30 at night

The rooms were very clean with crisp clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The shower had a nice temperature and shower head flow.
Driving in to find the location was difficult due to construction but after passing it once, we were able to get there. The shower required pulling a string to turn on the shower pump and we are all short so this was a challenge. The area was quiet but close to a road that had an occasional vehicle drive by during the night and would wake us up.
