Just had a 2 night stay here. We loved it. Great family friendly hotel. It's in a beautiful location. Great facilities. We had food in the bar and even though it was busy there was no delay and food was really good. Breakfast is very good. Great variety and the dining room is well organised by staff. The staff in this hotel are so lovely. Everyone was so nice and helpful and friendly and always with a smile. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful grounds and walk. Grounds extremely well kept.
Hotel itself is very modern and the decors/style is very nice.
The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The food and service in restaurant and bar was excellent. Rooms where clean but too warm even with fans on we should be able to open windows fully
We had booked several rooms as it was a family occasion celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and my sons 21st birthday. When my mother's in law arrived they told her there was no room booked for her even though she booked it a long time ok and wasnt aware that this would be an issue. It was an awful shame that this happened she had to bunk in with us which was not appropriate or acceptable. She is a very nervous elderly woman who doesn't go to many occasions since her husband died but made a huge effort to go for her sons and grandsons big birthdays. I'm not at all impressed that such a mistake could happen. She spoke to someone on reception before arrival to make sure all was OK as she's an anxious and nervous person and told her all is fine. She wanted to go straight back home. We loved the hotel otherwise but I would not return because of what happened it's just not acceptable.
