View of the lake, room was nice. Spa had a good size pool and warm. Hotel restaurant food was great and not over priced. Plenty of parking on site.
Jacuzzi was tiny could only fit two people at best. Changing rooms could have been cleaner, no soap in shower. Lockers required a euro which I didn’t have so took my things poolside. Pool gets busy first thing as locals use it. You had to walk outside to access the spa from the hotel.

Delighted with our room, we also were pleasantly surprised with an up grade no charge. Bed was very comfortable, king size, plenty of pillows, lovely white bathrobe and white slippers available in room.
Bathroom was fantastic.
Furniture in room chairs, table, comfortable. Tea coffee facilities, greeted lovely upon arrival.

Took us awhile to figure out how to put light on in bathroom around the vanity area, but then realised the light switch is on the mirror, so maybe a little heads up about that would have saved time, would have liked smaller cups for the coffee machine as the mugs don't sit under it, Apart from that everything was great

The food and service in restaurant and bar was excellent. Rooms where clean but too warm even with fans on we should be able to open windows fully
We had booked several rooms as it was a family occasion celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and my sons 21st birthday. When my mother's in law arrived they told her there was no room booked for her even though she booked it a long time ok and wasnt aware that this would be an issue. It was an awful shame that this happened she had to bunk in with us which was not appropriate or acceptable. She is a very nervous elderly woman who doesn't go to many occasions since her husband died but made a huge effort to go for her sons and grandsons big birthdays. I'm not at all impressed that such a mistake could happen. She spoke to someone on reception before arrival to make sure all was OK as she's an anxious and nervous person and told her all is fine. She wanted to go straight back home. We loved the hotel otherwise but I would not return because of what happened it's just not acceptable.
