The hotel itself was beautiful, my mother is bad on her legs so our room was ideal . The staff omg they were so nice , especially the young girl Emma . So friendly. The fan in the room was a game changer. Thank you
The fact that it was a bath shower ment mammy couldn't have a shower as she wouldn't step into the bath out if fear of falling , maybe my fault for not mentioning it , also couldn't keep window open because ppl were smoking outside nd it was blowing in . Small details I guess .

The staff were all.pleaaant and food quality delicious and hot. Nothing was too much trouble. However one member of staff stood out due to her smile, vitality ( should be face of Ireland tourist board) she was called Aeifo. Not sure if I have spelt name correctly. Would definitely come again and stay longer as it was a lovely establishment and the spooky garden was a nice touch.Think next time will book direct with yourselves as we had to cancel one night due to ferry being cancelled .
Nothing comes to mind

Hotel was nice and clean .
Front of house staff very friendly and helpful
Rubber ducks were a nice touch and the water and fan in the room
Breakfast staff we're not the friendliest in regards to children and the older children picked up on this . It did taint the family friendly hotel aspect . Some beds were great , others were not .

On arrival, staff are very friendly. We had an issue with our door and reception staff were quick to fix the issue
We had a family room with a bunk bed, however the other bed was just a double which was quite small, usually a hotel room would offer a king or queen bed as standard. There was also no facility to log into Netflix etc. on the television which is generally standard in a hotel, especially when staying with children.
