The Hostel is beautiful! The location too, I did everything walking from there. I really recomended it.
The place is beautiful, all days I toke my coffee in the garden, I really loved it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of time left in the city after check out and they let me store my bag for a long time free of charge! Plus when my phone was low on battery later that day they had no issues with me sitting in the lobby for an hour to charge my phone before leaving Florence. The people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and had a great AC system! It was also extremely close to the duomo and leather market which was very nice!

liked the location and the staff was lovely, helped with storing the luggage.
the room didn’t even have soap in the bathroom, the bathroom door got locked in the middle of the night. The bedsheets and the blanket was dirty and there were hairs on them.
