It was fine up until the end. Someone walked in on me at 7:20 am day of checkout and it was another guest as they had luggage as a solo female traveler that DID have the deadbolt locked , is very very unsafe in a foreign country.. not happy at all and desk just said it was a mistake.. so sincere apologies or cared for my safety concerns .
