The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.
The sofa bed I slept on was comfortable but the sofa upholstery was grubby where it touches the floor when it's used as a bed.

it was okay the location was good
we put the sign that our room needed to be clean and we needed fresh towels like 3 different times and no one came to clean it and then when we needed some water which they sell at the hotel we called at 3am their whatsapp number bare in mind they told us reception was open 24/7 and they never got back to us and there’s no telephone in the room they use a whatsapp number
