Night staff was not able to bring all requested items at times due to language barrier and extra work for one person.

The guest relations manager, Mook, gave outstanding service. The facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly.

Amazing kid-friendly hotel with good amenities, plenty of pools, it did not feel crowded at all, there were always free sunbeds near the pools and the beach. Multiple water slides and splash area for the kids. The beach is beautiful and not crowded either. Everything was well maintained; the nature and plants made the atmosphere so nice. The room was very spacious with a huge bed!

The children's indoor playroom should operate in the evening: during the day children are near the pools and beach, but in the evening, there are not so many entertainment options for them, it would be nice to extend the opening time until 8 or 9. The hotel offers transfer to Khaolak center and the night market however it is impossible to book, it's always so full, and the hours are inconvenient too. It would be nice to have it more frequently.

The new part of the hotel is lovely, very well renovated. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do more to help you. Good location with some lovely bars and restaurants out of the hotel.

We stayed here last year which is what made us re-book and bring our family back. However when we arrived we were unaware that the majority of the hotel is being renovated, meaning the building works started before 8 each morning and carried on for the rest of the day. We were told the children’s pool was still open however we had to walk through the building site and then go back to reception and ask for the fountains etc be turned on. I don’t think the children’s pool was cleaned either, it was extremely cloudy when you walked through it. The main hotel restaurant was also closed, meaning you had to order your breakfast in the morning and it was brought over from the main kitchen to a small coffee shop. However i have to say the food was lovely. There was no kids club and absolutely zero activities. My kids got bored of the one pool. We are gutted as we loved our stay last year so it really disappointed us to see the hotel this year. I reiterate that the staff were amazing and the service we received was 4/5 star. Jsut a shame that we didn’t know about it before we arrived as we would have likely changed our hotel. I look forward to seeing the hotel once it’s refurbished.
