Great location and good facilities
A little dark and airless but we weren’t there to stay in the room.

Check in very straightforward and quick.
The room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. 24 hours hot water shower.
To use the roller window shutters, pull the thick plastic strap/cord near the window frame slightly out and away from the wall, to raise or lower them, and let it catch at the desired height for partial light or full blackout.
Excellent location, main city centre. Not too difficult to find the hotel, just use Google Maps - is on a shopping high street with shops nearby.
Overall, stay was very pleasant, nothing to complain about, a nice and clean hotel - would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid! CH Bueno boasts an unbeatable, central location right off Gran Via and directly on a lively shopping street, yet the rooms offer a surprisingly quiet and restful atmosphere away from the city noise.
The accommodation is surprisingly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the powerful air conditioning, which kept the room perfectly cool after a long day of exploring. Having a small fridge to keep drinks cold and a convenient table in the room was a great practical touch.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The owner and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine warmth made us feel right at home.
I highly recommend CH Bueno to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in central Madrid!
