The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV, large closet and a beautiful sitting area with a day bed. The gourmet dream kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, the food lovers dream! The spacious kitchen opens into the living room and has a fantastic view of the bay. Living room features a large smart TV, french doors to the deck, a romantic gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating to relax and take in the amazing view. The apartment has lots of windows, tall cedar ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen. Sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, look for spouting whales and take in the beauty of the ocean. Front row seating for all that Mendocino has to offer, whether it's the Music Festival, Film Festival or the 4th of July Parade, you will be in the center of it all! The place has a great location in town with a wonderful view. We woke up New Year’s Day and got to watch whales swim by from our balcony. Great way to start the year. The place was clean and comfortable with an awesome kitchen. Best compliment that I can give is that we already booked it again for another trip.

My daughter’s happy place is Mendocino . So when she visits us from Switzerland is the place we always go to. It’s enchanting just to be there and this place topped the list of the places we’ve stayed around the area over the years. The apartment was super clean, well appointed, larger than the pictures show and the view - absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a wonderful rental along the edge of town with an amazing view of Main Street and the Mendocino Bay. It was spacious to house our family of four. The beds were comfortable, plus the kitchen and dining area was spacious. We spent most of our time on the deck to just relax and enjoy the stunning view. We appreciated the water jug/dispenser, as the house water was discolored (we live on a well so we totally get it - that's not a compliant). The rental is in a great location, and we spent many hours on foot to experience all that Mendocino has to offer. We also threw back many pints at Patterson's. Thank you, Mike and Eula, for sharing your rental with us. We'll definitely be looking for this place again when planning our next trip to the coast!

Great location and accommodations for a girls’ trip. Your neighbor, Catsby, welcomed us and bid us farewell. It was easy to explore the town and headlands from this location. Loved turning on the fireplace after exploring and relaxing with leftovers from Patterson’s and Goodlife Cafe.

My husband and I loved our visit. The apartment was very stylish and felt larger than what we could tell from the photos. It is nicely appointed and has great light. The location was perfect. The view was stunning, plus we loved being able to walk in the village. Also, a big thanks to Mike for being super responsive on a holiday weekend and came right away to fix an out-of-reach fire alarm that was chirping. One of the nicest rental properties we have stayed in. We would love to visit again! Thanks, Mike and Eula, for creating such a delightful retreat!

This ocean front house was so cute and quaint! Sitting on the balcony was the highlight and the home itself was so inviting! The sweet town and shops were fun to walk around in. Restaurants were delicious. This was a wonderful place to spend our annual girls trip with my daughters.

Great location right next to the Mendocino Hotel. A few doors down from the bookstore and the Chocolate Haus. Double doors open up to your own deck with an ocean view. Well-appointed kitchen. Great decor. Easy check in. Close to everything in town. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful apartment. Two big bedrooms and lovely bathroom. Big kitchen. Very comfortable. Location absolutely perfect. Deck off living room and one bedroom looked out over the bay. Tourists but still quiet and peaceful. Relaxing and a great time. I highly recommend. Location. Location. Location.

This property was really beautiful, and convenient for us. We liked the headland heights and the patio the most. Beds were comfortable, but you need to put curtains in the little room where the single bed was so one would not feel so exposed.

Beautiful view and location. Clean, nice kitchen and balcony. Beds fairly comfortable. Noise level from street and from tent being put up for music festival apparent, so bring earplugs! It’s worth it to be in the center. The music festival is right across the street (mid July) so be prepared to hear it, which probably isn’t a bad thing. Again the location and convenience to restaurants, hiking trails, retail, is worth it. Parking out front no problem. Access by code but instructions are to “hover” your hand over keypad and we had to actuall rub our hand down the keypad after the hovering didn’t work.

We have visited Mendocino for years staying in all types of VRBO locations & B&B's but this was truly the best. Everything we needed for cooking was supplied, there is lots of room all thru the apartment. With views from the deck of the ocean and Main Street Mendocino you can't go wrong. Parking right in front & it was very quiet in the evenings. Absolutely will return fro another stay!

The Bay View loft is ideally located, on the end of main street where there are no buildings between our side of the street and the ocean. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed was at hand inside the apartment, and all of the little village of Mendocino was within a few blocks' walk. Best of all was sitting on the generous balcony and gazing at the ocean. We will definitely be back!

My adult daughter and I are regular visitors to Mendocino and have stayed at places that we have enjoyed. Mike and Euna have the perfect vacation rental. Best view ever and right in town. This space has been redesigned so nicely, we kept saying how nice and comfy it was. The decor and most lovely bedding and beds made it so lovely. Best best mattresses ever!! We had a wonderful time in this apartment even with the stormy weather. The kitchen is very large and the best equipped of any rental we have stayed in. Very nicely decorated with ocean views from living area and master bedroom. The deck is nicely furnished and has stunning views. Left our car in one place for the whole visit. Stellar rental. We will be back.
