The hotel is a really fine hotel, the design is beautiful classic, the breakfast is very delicious, the pizza is special they use an authentic pizza oven like an old style, the food is really exceeding our expectations.The room is very spacious and comfortable. It is clean, near the station, the staff are very friendly and helpful, if you come to nagoya this hotel is for sure the first option to stay, we love it here.

Lovely traditional hotel. Fantastic breakfast (best we had in Japan). As hotel was older it is probably due a refresh. Free tea and coffee available all day. A taxi to and from the train station was around 1000 yen, which with luggage was worth it. Lots of eateries close to hotel, and metro close by to get to attractions.
To use the swimming pool and spa was a lot extra, unless you were staying on the floor where it was included.

Nice views from Espacio lounge whilst eating breakfast or the evening snacks. The staff at the Espacio lounge were very friendly. Room was quiet. Large desk to do study / work on and a very large bed. Close to Fushimi metro/subway station.
Stayed four nights and still didn't have enough time to visit all the sights i wanted to. Would use the hotel again on a return trip to Nagoya.
The kitchen had no cutlery, plates or cookware (with exception of coffee cups and saucers).
Therefore if you want to use the cooktop, you will need to bring your own pots/frypans, larger plates and your preferred cutlery to eat with.
Could occasionally smell cigarette smoke inside the room, presumably via air-con ducts (the hotel does have smoking rooms too).
