The AC
The staff. Some have good intentions. But they seem like leadership do not have their backs. Kitchener staff is unprofessional.

Small hotel, with poor customer service at the front desk and a security guy walking into the building. breakfast was offered in a small dining room, I was there and was at full capacity, with people not making lines and nobody to keep control; of de guests. A lot of noise on the floor, boys running and yelling
