Location, friendly staff.
The bed was a bit too firm for my comfort, although they might be ok for others.

Location. Quiet, we were at the back of the property.
Beds a little hard. Only 1 pillow each.!

Location, cleanliness, communication, super quiet even when I open the window.
Location is superb. A couple of minutes and you see the ocean. Amazing. There is paid parking nearby, expensive, but it's Gojon (there are issues with parking everywhere).
Great, that could stay with the dogs there and walk them on the beach.
I hate those pillows. Couldn't sleep too well because they are too big for me.
Room window looks inside the house, basically no window.
