We stayed with Hotel Giotto for a one-night stay and then, two weeks later, a one-night stay, before and after a hiking trip in the Dolomites. Overall, these were excellent stays. A few things helped: (a) clear communication from the hotel before and during the stay (we had some logistics questions, and their prompt and clear answers were helpful); (b) overall comfortable rooms at a reasonable size for the price and location, (c) suitable climate control for summer.
The location is also a 5-minute walk from bus stops for accessing the train station and broader Padova, while a reasonable (and interesting) walk from several sights.
We also appreciated the breakfast. They give a choice of options at reasonable price ranges, from a simple pastry and coffee to a full buffet. This is nice since sometimes you just want a quick snack, and other hotels often make you pay for a whole buffet. We were hungry and so we selected the buffet each day, which had a good range of tasty options, and the staff made sure it was always stocked.
The one downside is that on our return stay, the mattress was exceptionally firm. I normally love a firm bed, but this was too much even for me. The bed on our first stay was good.

Room #607 very small for 3 adult people.
Very noisy in the evening and during the night due to still running ventilation and ventilation engines right in front of the balcony. This is not possible to switch off.
Bed not very comfortable and the room was somehow used.
