Everything was modern and clean! The receptionist was super friendly and gave us some spots to see. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! Sadly I didn't think about taking pictures of the room but I liked how modern everything was.

Excellent central location and quiet at the back of the hotel
There is no lift and we were on the third floor and had to carry our own suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast room is quite limited in size and the breakfast offering only modest.

The hotel is perfectly located 150m from both the Basilica di Sant'Antonia and Prato Della Valle.
Next to the tram route so easy access to the station and other areas (note: the trams run on rubber tyres and are quiet).
Heavy metal pull up / pull down shutters keep out the sunlight and most of the noise when closed but have small holes to allow ventilation.
Reliable wifi.
Not a huge selection at breakfast but everything I needed was there.
No tea or coffee facilities.
Shabby apearance and threadbare carpets.
Breakfast area too small so operates two sittings and the 2nd one 8:30-10:00 is usually fully booked.
Wall light over desk useless because the TV was mounted below it.
