This is a perfect accommodation for travelers who would want to stay in downtown Padua. The hotel is strategically located - five minute walk from the city center and ten minute walk from the train station. It fit perfectly with our trip plans. We spend a leisurely day enjoying Padua and its history and the next day we took the convenient 25 minute train ride to Venice 's St Lucia station for a wonderful stress free day trip to Venice.
The hotel has all the expected amenities and the breakfast is really good. The hotel also offers a cheap self parking in a secure garage next door and they will register your car with the city so that you do not get fined for entering the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) near the historic center where the hotel is located.

The staff were all polite and most helpful. I was involuntarily upgraded to a luxury room. However, the amount actually charged to my card was 100 euros more than Expedia's original quote.
