Kind and welcoming host. Lovely large, calm room, spotlessly clean, with simple decor and antique furniture. Quiet location, and easy to reach all parts of the city.
Only one suggestion - a comfortable chair would be nice after walking around the city.

The location is very good. Alberto, the host is a nice, friendly guy.
The room was terrible. The air in the room was musty, therefore either you opened the door and the window to mitigate the mufty air, but in this case, the room was cold, or you had to smell the mufty air. The room does not meet 21st standards at all.
