The host was helpful, the location is extraordinary, the room is great, quiet and safe, the view is incredible and the fridge and air conditioning was welcome given the heat wave.
The breakfast (packaged baked goods) was not up to the standard we’d expected. Parking is convenient though €25 per night.

Amazing location right on the plaza with a view of the loggia and the astronomical clock. Room spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Our host let us check in early and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a view of the square.
It was a little noisy on Saturday night with people enjoying the lovely weather. Would not be an issue for very night sleepers

Great location in the heart of the Piazza. Within easy walking distance of everything the old town had to offer. Accommodation was clean, tidy and reasonably well appointed.
The top room in the house is not for the faint hearted......many steep stairs! "Breakfast included" was a selection of cakes wrapped in plastic and a coffee machine. I should have read the reviews before I booked as others have mentioned this. No view of the square from the room, just next door. The boiler in the bathroom fired intermittently all night, which was irritating. Nothing major but lots of small things made this stay poor value for money as it is expensive. I would not recommend.
