Attentive staff, with 24h front desk and (very) late check in possible, clean, quiet, well furnished, private parking (in the hotel back yard, video surveillance and behind a gate during night), comfy beds.
At the edge of the old historic town core, so you can walk right into it.
They let us leave the car at the parking for the rest of the (check out) day.

Accessible location with free parking, very kind staff and wonderful breakfast with plenty of different choices. Nice room design. There is a lovely typical Italian café just on the corner of the street and tourist attractions are just across the bridge - walking distance. A large supermarket is nearby as well.
The bathroom was not like in the pictures, probably we got one of the rooms where it hasn't been renovated yet. It was still clean and useful though. There was no air conditioning, so it was a bit too warm in the room after the sun came up.
