Good location. Close to the train station. Dogs are welcome for a fee. There are good connections into the city. Elevators are available. The room was clean.
The cleaners came to our room despite the sign on the door ("Do not disturb") and replaced our towels although we did not leave them on the ground, as instructed. Considering that we visited during a heatwave and we had to be mindful of water comsumption, this did not feel nice.

It was possible to do an early check-in, which was so nice. The hotel was nice, very close to the train station, and the breakfast included a variety of foods for everyone.
Major renovations were happening outside of the hotel piazza; it was a bit uncomfortable.

Close to train station and only a couple of tram stops away from historic city centre. Recently renovated room was quite spacious. Quiet room and friendly/helpful staff.
Large groups of young and/or immigrant people congregate at the nearby fast food venues which was intimidating at first but they didn’t bother me in the end.

Good news: it's across from the train station.
Bad news: its across from the train station. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. 10 minute walk to anything of interest.
