The whole property is brilliant. The sculpture, the private garden, the room itself. Very very happy with this property and I only have great things to say about the actually accomodation.
The reception staff member wasn’t available, was dismissive and unhelpful when we could find them, wasn’t clear about processes and it turned out the only reasonably way to talk to them was on WhatsApp when they were supposed to be at the front desk.
The grounds staff were all lovely and went above and beyond. It was only the receptionist who let the whole experience down dramatically
