Super clean and smell good. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Simone was very kind and helpful with explanations about Padova and Venezia. Helped us with the laundry service. Everything was super smooth and pleasant.

The location near the train station is the main reason to stay in this B&B. I used Padua as a base for day trips to other Veneto cities. It was great to be so close to the station.
When I first saw the building, I thought it was an abandoned derelict. The entrance is barred by heavy grating and always locked. The building's common area and elevator are mostly clean but very dingy. The fourth floor where the B&B is located is clean but looks worn. The neighborhood turned out to be safe, with people walking to or from the station.
My room was smaller than the rooms in the photos appear to be. It was adequate for one person. The hot water was barely adequate and took a minute to get warm enough for a shower. The shower was just big enough for me (170 lbs). There did not seem to be any air conditioning.
"Breakfast" is on a tray in the room; a roll wrapped in cellophane, small bottle of orange juice, bottle of latte, tea packets, and a banana. No coffee maker. One of the B&B's photos shows the breakfast. It was a big disappointment.

La posizione comoda a tutto e le spiegazioni dettagliate con l'ingresso in autonomia. Al nostro arrivo c'era comunque un referente che ci spiegava tutto
Frigo in comune molto utile
