I can’t say enough good about this place. The hostess was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She gave us so much information about where to go, what to see, where to eat and drink. She helped us with our luggage and allowed us to keep the luggage after checkout. The room and common areas were beautifully filled with antiques and art. It was easy to get to by tram and walking. It’s 3 minutes away by foot to the Basilica. It is a marvellous place that I would return to in a heartbeat.
I thought that everything was well done. I liked the place a lot. I guess that I would let people know that there are stairs and that could be tough for some people. But otherwise, I can’t think of a better place to stay.f

The location was great. The rooms and the lobby were really beautiful and spacious with interesting art and thoughtful touches. There was no breakfast but I'm not sure if there was supposed to be. Coffee and tea was available. The outside is completely nondescript. We had no idea if we were in the correct place.
