A pleasant stay overall. The hotel is slightly dated and could use some minor upgrades, but the room was comfortable and, at RM180 per night, it was definitely worth the price. Great location, secluded but near to MITC is convenient. The kids’ pool was excellent and a real highlight for the family. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
The pool was enjoyable, especially for the kids, but the water was a little dirty. Since there is an additional charge of RM15 per child, I feel the pool should be better maintained and cleaned more regularly.
