The room was very clean and it smelled good despite being a dog-friendly hotel.
The private parking was what we needed. We stayed for just 1 night and it was the perfect oasis after a long drive.
Breakfast had many options, different sorts of bread, from cold cuts, to warm dishes as well as fresh fruits, and hot & warm drinks to satisfy your palate. Good ambience both in & out of the restaurant.
The neighborhood is not really pretty if you want to stroll just around it. We are actually bound to go out the premises to walk our dog so this is the part where I don't give 10.

Loved the ease of access to the trams
From the amenities listed on booking.com, the hotel claimed to have facilities like iron, coffee maker etc. However, they had no such thing. Was there for 3 nights and go5 3 toilet paper. The staff were however pleasant.
