About this condo rental
Located in Bethany Beach, this lovely condo for $318 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful ocean views from this updated 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the boardwalk in Bethany Beach. You are just a few short steps from burying your toes in the sand or cruising into downtown Bethany Beach. Free umbrella and 2 chair rental/set up is included in your stay (available seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor day at the 1st street Steens rental). This cozy condo is perfect for couples, and families. The unit is on the second floor, on the backside (north/west facing) part of the building and has beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom windows. The large deck also has a lovely side view of the ocean and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or relax after a busy day playing in the waves. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and dresser. The living area has a flat screen TV, pull out sofa with queen size memory foam mattress, and love seat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home, or you can easily walk to many of the wonderful restaurants the town has to offer. There are two private outdoor showers, and laundry facilities on the property. No need to worry about parking with your own marked parking spot with enough space for at least 2 cars. Once you arrive you are within walking distance to just about everything around town. -Bring your own queen size sheets and towels OR linens can be provided through a service for an extra fee. -Umbrella and 2 chair rental is included (seasonally Memorial day-Labor day) at the 1st street beach access through Steens. -2 additional Beach chairs and some sand toys are provided in the deck box (please rinse off the sand after use). -Coffee maker - standard basket filter (not keurig) -hairdryer -free Wi-fi -Paper goods are not provided. -Check out the town calendar of events for information about live entertainment, movies on the beach, and bonfires, which are all within walking distance. -Playground and basketball court is located just a few blocks away. -No pets allowed. Check in is at 4pm and check out is before 10am. *The condo is clean and updated, but cozy (approx 450 sq feet total)- ideal for couples or 2 adults with 1-2 kids. We can accommodate up to 4 adults if you do not mind a pullout sofa and sharing space. It will not sleep more than 4 adults. The bathroom space is on the smaller side approz 5’x5’. It was renovated in 2023. There is a shower-room design so the shower is only enclosed on 3 sides. Due to the small space it may not be comfortable if you are sensitive to tighter/smaller spaces.

The location of the condo was excellent. The entrance to the building was on the boardwalk by a beach entrance. We could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes, so we always had the best spot for our umbrella and chairs. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the shower was great. So relaxing after a long day at the beach.

No quibbles whatsoever with the rooms. The property, while older than we expected, had all that we needed for our stay. The WiFi was rock solid. While cozy is an appropriate description, it was more than what we needed. Great quiet location directly adjacent to a beach access, and just the right distance from the main square and boardwalk--just a 5 minute walk and a 10 minute walk from several wonderful restaurants.

Second stay just as good as the first
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd year staying at this property. Everything about it is so easy and the beach chair and umbrella rental is just icing on the cake. Everything is very accessible on foot so you can truly relax and enjoy your getaway.

Perfect condo for a couple — any more than that might be crowded, especially with the small bathroom. We found the location to be perfect — close enough to walk everywhere (coffee, shopping, restaurants), but far enough away that it feels quiet and private. We loved our stay here.

Great little condo on the beach.
Really enjoyed this adorable little condo on the beach. Jodie was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the boardwalk drinking our coffee and evening walks on the beach ⛱.

This was our first time vacationing in Bethany Beach. We were long time vacationers to Ocean City when our kids were growing up. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jodie’s place. The condo was beautiful, it is on the smaller side but was perfect for just the two of us. The location is great, walking distance to the town center, restaurants and shops. The back balcony has a beautiful side view of the beach and ocean. We did contact Jodie with a few questions and she was quick to get back to us. We look forward to returning here in the future. It was the perfect long weekend get-a-way.

This was our first time vacationing in Bethany Beach. We were long time vacationers to Ocean City when our kids were growing up. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jodie’s place. The condo was beautiful, it is on the smaller side but was perfect for just the two of us. The location is great, walking distance to the town center, restaurants and shops. The back balcony has a beautiful side view of the beach and ocean. We did contact Jodie with a few questions and she was quick to get back to us. We look forward to returning here in the future. Perfect location!
I had a wonderful, almost 2 week stay, at this quaint property. The location could not be beat and the size was perfect for my needs. My only feedback is the bathroom is very small and the common entrance to the building needs to have the carpet replaced. Outside of that, it was an amazing stay and I'll definitely return. Jodie was a wonderful host!

It’s obvious the owner has put a lot of thought into maximizing the space in a way that ensures the comfort of guests. In addition, Jodie was responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay. This property is exactly as advertised and as the pictures show - tidy, well appointed and in a perfect location. While the space is small, the sitting areas inside and out are plenty spacious. This is a perfect property for a couple which can be hard to come by in the area.

You’re about .2 miles from the shops, restaurants and the main boardwalk area so the distance was ideal. Also, you’re only 20 mins from Ocean City, MD. The condo was very clean and even though it was small, there were plenty of hooks and empty bins to keep your belongings organized and keep the space clutter free. The deck was great because you get some privacy from boardwalkers but can still see the beach. My only recommendation is to pack bath towels and mat in addition to your own sheets. My husband and I would LOVE to rent this condo again!

Love the corner on the back deck where you have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The place is nice; but small. I wouldn't recommend more than a couple with perhaps a young child. Otherwise - delightful!
