Close to the top end of Armidale
Friendly staff
Allowed us to leave a trailer in the car park for a few hours after we checked out
Pretty tight between toilet and shower wall not really a problem though

Very good size room and bathroom. The location was very good also. The continental breakfast was excellent with good variety. A very cosy and comfortable room.
We had a repetitive electronic sound early in the morning however this was most likely someone in the room above.
