Good spot to stay in

The most thing i like is the stuff and location of the hotel.

Passable

Staff was great, very helpful always ready to help. Resturant has great variety and a nominal price ( expect higher touristy prices) Location is great if you like away from main city center. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

They need to upgrade on facilities went during heatwave and a wasn't working. Though they provided fan but that's what we paid for. Staff kept on saying they are fixing it but never was fixed during our stay. Refused to change our room saying other room are full or have higher occupancy one. They need to invest on blackout curtains. Room became bright early in morning good for early riser but not for us who wanted to sleep bit longer. Breakfast was on poor side. All cold items better stay without bfast and there are many cafe near to have better hot bfast. Room was small haldly any space to walk

Perfect location for boat trips, the town centre, the train station, the Funicolare and restaurants

Location is perfect, great for the boats on the lake, the town centre, the train station, restaurants and the Funicolare. staff very friendly, food excellent. Lovely hotel, I would recommend eating on the terrace (you may need to book for the evening).

A very nice view with a room and friendly staff

The location was very nice. The bed was very good. Room 10 with lake view out of your bed, so nice. Very friendly staff.

The room and bathroom were small. Parking is not possible and expensive. We paid 3,20 euro per hour in Parking Jasca (10-15 minutes walk to the hotel. We arrived at 8pm and left around noon next day --> € 51,20

Superb

The location is excellent and the staff were very lovely, especially the lady at the reception. The restaurant was very good and the food was great.

Escalator is not available and had to carry the bags 2 floors up

great base from which to move around como

the location is perfect on the lake, close to the station and the ferry ports. clean and staff friendly. the restaurant food was delicious

no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. the room was quite small as well. also ask for lake view as the Mountain View isn’t really great.

Lovely staff, really comfy bed, but a little rundown.

Staff were very friendly, and welcoming. Cannot fault them.

Walls between rooms seemed to be very thin, as we heard conversations (late at night) from the next room. The hotel needs some TLC to update it. Some of the electric sockets didn't work. Hotel wifi asked you to click a link, which then went to an error page, so you got 3mins at a time.

Very well situated, nice employees, rooms clean.

Room very small, between bed and wardrobe 30cm - very tight. For thick or elderly people this could be difficult.

Great base if staying in Como

Great location, very handy for the Lago train station and bus station. Next to the funicular and restaurants along the harbour. Staff were very friendly.

Room was up 2 flights of stairs, not an issue but something to be aware of if you have mobility problems.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the restaurant downstairs was good too.

The property was a 20 minute walk from the train station. It over looks the lake. convenient to the ferry.

if I will come back to Como, I will use Hotel Marco’s again.

staff are super friendly. special mention to Kiara, Aurom and Tawfid. The location is also perfect

no assistance was provided when we brought our luggages to the room considering there is no elevator and we had to carry all our things to the third floor.

Beautiful view from Our Balcony!!! Perfect Location. The room is clean and comfortable. There is no lift , stairs 3 floors . The breakfast is only basic continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant is very good !! We had most of our lunch and dinner there. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough for you !! The only recommendations is to have a coffee tea facility in the rooms and also serve proper cheese at breakfast rather than process cheese!! After all we are in Italy! The location is 5 min from como lago train station. Ideal for exploring around. We had a great stay!!!

Nice and beautiful place.

The location is perfect, It's next to the lake and you can have your breakfast very close to the lake. The breakfast was delicios and the staff was very friendly.

There was no big towers in the room and the room was tiny.

Kiara, Kaya, the owners and the rest of the team were excellent!! All were friendly, helpful and efficient. Loved the room with the balcony overlooking the lake. They serve delicious food as well. Made our stay in Como even more wonderful!

Pleasant

Hotel is at a good location with lake Como views and short walk from Como centre. The hotel has its own restaurant with a large choice of menu options. Breakfast was good.

The room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. This is ok when you are fit but could be a problem for people less fit. The airco in the room was positioned in such a way that you would feel a constant draft in your face when lying on your bed causing a sore throat in the morning.
