Die gute Lage und der Balkon

Kaltes Zimmer, haben gefroren in der Nacht. Unprofessionelle Bedienung des Personals. Safe im Zimmer war defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Wir hatten kein Twinbett, wie gewünscht und von booking.com bestätigt.

Small but very comfortable room, centrally located and exceptional staff

A small fridge/minibar for the hot summer days could have been helpful, but this did not negatively influence our stay

A great visit to Como - lovely hotel in a super location

Great location, lovely room & a good indoor & outdoor bar & restaurant area

Nothing really - it was a big on the expensive side & we had to walk up one flight of stairs after the lift to our 5th floor room

perfect location for a break in beautiful Como.

perfect location, large rooms. Has a cafe/bar with comfy seating outside too.

First floor rooms can hear all the noise from the ground floor bar so may be an issue for you if you want an early night.

The stay overall was good. would not recommend to stay in rooms on first level

location is amazing. Very central and lively area

Our room was just above the restaurant. It had a mild smell of either sewage or mold. Water from shower would run out to the bathroom door which made it a hazard for falls.

Good hotel and amazing location

Amazing location, big windows with a view of the square. Big room.

The shower was a little confusing to use. The room also smelled a little like a bathroom - which you quickly got used to but it was a little odd.

lovely friendly hotel in the heart of Como

Location excellent - overlooking a beautiful buzzing square and very close to the ferry, train station and town centre. Room was lovely - high standard.

Fine, good hotel, we didn't spend much time as we spent the whole day out and left early in the morning

The rooms are on central AC which was set to cool, so we couldn't get heating to our liking, it was raining and cold that day

Location is excellent and the room, a superior twin, was very comfortable.

The staff were nice when they actually spoke to you but extremely slow at every stage. Kept waiting for ages at every interaction, and they didn’t seem to care - bordering on rude.

Nice hotel with great location

Hotel was fantastically located on a beautiful plaza with restaurants while being convenient to both of the main train stations in Como as well as the ferry to other towns along the lake.

Room itself was a bit small, but clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay here. Perfect location!! Right in the city square with cute shops and cafes. Easily accessible to everywhere in como. The room modern, clean and spacious with a cute balcony to the square. Loved our stay thank you

There could be slippers in the room and a toothbrush set.
