The rooms, the breakfast big buffet with lots of variety , the staff were very helpful, the parking the give away beach bag
The entrance of the parking was very tight but the staff were very helpful in offering to enter from a wider side,

The spacious Modern interior caters very well for a larger hotel and it never felt crowded, with breakfast offering inside and outside dining. The sky lounge and pool is fabulous and provides a welcome retreat from busy days in Como
Being very particular - The bedrooms could do with more hanging space. I think a shuttle bus into Como would be a nice idea

Fantastic location and facilities. The room was clean and the room service was satisfactory and fast.
Price for value is not proportional. They up charge for everything — breakfast, spa, parking — when the value of these items is not worth the cost. This makes for the entire experience to feel quite upsetting
