HAD A FANTASTIC BALCONY ON THE TOP FLOOR, WITH AMAZING VIEWS OF LAKE COMO. GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ON THE SHORELINE

Location, location, location!
Easy access to the lake boats as well as great shopping and dining.
And I could say the same triplet about the staff- as well as the cleanliness.
What more can you ask of a hotel?
It wasn’t the property- just inconsiderate smokers who stand near entrances and exhale their smoke into your face.

Location is excellent. Staff was very nice. They were helpful with the parking.
Breakfast was meh for the price. Rooms have not been updated in ages.
