The View of Lake Como.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.
There was no coffee machine in the room, so the hotel provided us with a kettle and coffee upon request. However, the kettle was very dirty, and the coffee cups had not been properly washed, so I had to return them.
We also requested some lemon to be sent to our room in the morning. While they did provide it, we were surprised to see a €10 charge for such a simple request.
Overall, I believe the hotel has significant room for improvement, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, room amenities, and guest service.
