An unforgettable stay on Lake Como!
Hotel Villa Flori exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, but the room and breathtaking views of Lake Como were even more spectacular than we imagined. Waking up to that view every morning was something we’ll never forget!
What really sets Villa Flori apart is the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. From coordinating our arrangements to handling every little detail throughout our stay, they made everything feel effortless. Nothing was overlooked, and we felt so well taken care of.
The location was perfect, close enough to enjoy everything Lake Como has to offer while feeling peaceful and tucked away right on the water. And breakfast each morning was exceptional! Delicious food, wonderful service and those incredible lake views. We looked forward to it every day.
We’ve stayed at some beautiful hotels over the years, but Villa Flori was truly special. The combination of the setting, the hospitality and the attention to detail made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Villa Flori team for making our time on Lake Como so memorable!

The View of Lake Como.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.
There was no coffee machine in the room, so the hotel provided us with a kettle and coffee upon request. However, the kettle was very dirty, and the coffee cups had not been properly washed, so I had to return them.
We also requested some lemon to be sent to our room in the morning. While they did provide it, we were surprised to see a €10 charge for such a simple request.
Overall, I believe the hotel has significant room for improvement, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, room amenities, and guest service.
