The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable, with excellent breakfasts, a nice rooftop pool/bar with showers, and also serving pub food. The staff was amazing and always helpful. They also had free bike rentals, which we took advantage of to get around. The train station was about a 6 minute walk from the hotel, and Milan was less than an hour train ride away.
The rooftop didn't really have much of a view, and it was further from the historic downtown, lake, and marina area than we anticipated. The bikes made it fairly easy to get around, though, and there were good restaurants nearby that were recommended by the staff.

It was a good location, short walk to old town and lake.
Pool area was lovely.
Room was very clean and spacious.
The weather wasn’t great but the downstairs bar wasn’t open every evening - the upstairs bar was open but there was no atmosphere up there whereas downstairs there was a nice vibe.
Our shower was very small, difficult to get in to and move around inside (room 262).
No drawers in the room for storage

Room was okay but not great for 3 people
Parking was a challenge on some days and was told we had to pay for pool towels after we handed them back unused, when this should have been advised at the time of the request
