Trevligt, fräscht och bekvämt hotell på promenadavstånd till stadskärnan.

Trevligt, fräscht, takterass med pool och bar med milsvid utsikt. Hjälpsam personal, då det var tågstrejk fick vi fin hjälp med taxi.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr nettes Personal. Kostenlose Parkfläche vor dem Hotel. Das Familienzimmer ausreichend groß, das Doppelbett sehr bequem und in Großem und Ganzem sauber. Das Frühstucksbuffet ausreichend.

Der Abflussgestank im Zimmer sehr stark. Kartonbecher für Kaffe. Die Lage: 25Min bis zur Altstadt.

A pleasent stay with lovely staff

The room was a good size, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar /terrace was nice and the pool looked lovely but we arrived too late to try it out!

The breakfast had a wide range of choices which was great but some of the food was not as good as we had hoped.

The Wi-Fi was weak - both on the common areas and in the room. That was a detractor for me - otherwise the hotel is really good.

Recommended.

Our superior room was very clean and a good size. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a real asset.

Only issue was a 20 minute walk to the lakeside but this was minor in comparison to the hotel facilities on offer.

We should have just eaten the money and left immediately we entered the room.

Swimming pool and bar on roof. Availability of parking. Breakfast was OK, but that is not a meal that is particularly important to us. Location was decent, about a 15-20 minute walk to the southeast shore of the lake.

The room was APPALLING. It was small, gloomy, claustrophobic and stuffy, with tiny windows facing on to a busy street. The twin beds were lined up against a single wall. The bathroom was narrow and awkward. And there was no shower curtain. The staff at the front desk... a particularly mirthless woman, who greeted us with "Well you only paid for a standard room, so you can have number 124." It is inconceivable that this could be a "Booking.com" favorite pick. You guys need to rethink this one.

The Pool and that we can just the bikes. We really enjoyed the poolbar!!!

If to say one thing then located. In the best case we stay a little bit closer. But it was fine good for stay in shape after all pizza and pasta

Nice hotel friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Staff at reception and at pool bar were excellent and extremely helpful. Hotel was clean and has good facilities.

The rooftop pool with wonderful mountain view! The train station is just nearby, which takes you to Milano Cadorna station.

It was very enjoyable away from the crowds of the city centre and Gaetano was lovely.

Breakfast was excellent. An excellent selection of food and beverages. The hotel is outside the city wall but only a straight 10 minute walk from the centre. We knew this before arrival and it suited us better. The rooftop bar and pool was a great spot.

No issues with anything but we would have liked a box of tissues in the bathroom.
