The location was about a 10-15 min walk from the main centre, which we knew beforehand so not a problem, and also only 5 min walk to the nearest train station. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the guest house was lovely. the breakfast was freshly prepared and very good indeed.
The only thing that would help, is possibly a sheet advising what the options were for breakfast and what you could then chose, as it felt like a little was lost in translation as to what we could expect.

Beautiful remodel for an older historic home. The back area for breakfast was lovely. Food was great. Service very efficient. We got there late and left after breakfast so did not use any of the rest of the home. Since Stephanie was not available to let us in, he gave info on how to get in with a private code and key card once inside. That was easy.
This was likely a "lost in translation" communication issue. When asked when we would arrive, I let Stephanie know when our plane would expect to land, he thought I meant when we would get there. Since he had made celebration plans, he wanted us to get there when I said (when the plane landed) and to NOT BE LATE. That part was completely unreasonable since we have no control of all the unexpected events that happen when you travel that would alter your arrival time...like a delayed flight (which ours was an hour later), customs, traffic, getting lost, or a number of other events. Fortunately, it all worked out.

Beautiful, incredibly fresh, cosy and immaculately clean with a beautiful garden to enjoy the included breakfast with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Stéphane the host is incredibly caring and at once makes you feel at home. I will certainly be back and would thoroughly recommend anyone who visits Lake Como to book this hidden gem.

The breakfast, prepared and served by Stefano, was exceptional. Everything was fresh and there were a multitude of choices. Stefano and Mikala were such warm hosts. it was a pleasure to talk with them. They pulled out maps and brochures to walk us through the sites of Como. It was unexpected to be offered this level of attention.
This B&B was immaculate and we liked our room which was very comfortable and quiet. Even the towels were folded with precision and care.
Although it was pleasant to be in a residential neighborhood, outside the bustle of the city of Como, the walk from the center was a bit long.
