It was very central and made it easy to walk around the city, the reception office was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed the spacious room and lounge area. It was very quiet and we spelt very well. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco that we found in the fridge.
The bathroom was somewhat smaller than expected, with sachets for soap and shower gel which seemed a little cheap for the room and there was no hot water after a very short time so we finished with cold showers. There weren't any tea bags either, only coffee. Car parking was quite a distance away but that's the same for everyone because you can't drive inside the city and have to park around the perimeter.

Room was spacious and well located in town. Easy to find and access the key.
We could have used a blanket as there was just a sheet available, but that was only a minor thing.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Fantastic location too. Very grateful for the surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
No full length mirror. Step up into bathroom was awkward.

Super location
I had booked the apartment for three people but when we arrived only one bed was made up for two. No extra linen, towels or duvets were present in the apartment either. After many confusing text messages and calls between two different people (it seems the number attached to the booking has multiple people answering) someone arrived with one sheet and extra towels. In the end I had to sleep on towels on a pull out bed. Not the best stay, not very organised but at least it was for one night only. Be aware there is also no handsoap or body wash provided in the toilet/shower.
