Personal ist sehr freundlich. Lage + Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Museum, Stadtzentrum + Restaurants + Hauptbahnhof sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Zimmerfenster schließen + öffnen schwer. Bei Sonneneinstrahlung ist es sehr warm im Zimmer.

The location is good and the staff friendly. But stay elsewhere if you can.

The location was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The staff were friendly.

The price on booking.com included the city tax but I was charged more when I paid at check-in. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that it was due to the city tax - which should have been included in the price quoted online. The room had thick dust under the bed, a safe that would not lock, and instead of tiles in the shower there was paint (cracked and peeling in one area, causing water to pool between the paint and the wall). Worst of all, my room had no wifi. I was told by a staff member that this would be fixed the next day but nothing happened. They refused to move me to another room because they were fully booked. I was told to use the wifi in the restaurant but the signal was so weak in all parts of the room that it was impossible to work there. I had to work from the lobby without a desk and with constant foot traffic. I was travelling for work so wifi is a standard amenity that should have been provided. On top of this, there was no offer to reduce the cost of my stay as a result of this inconvenience. In fact, the staff member I spoke to repeatedly about it didn't seem to think it was an issue.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Zimmer das sehr laut direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl war. Für mich wäre dieses ein Economy Zimmer! Der Herr an der Rezeption war super nett und Kompetent und hat alles dafür getan das ich ein anderes bekomme obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war. So stelle ich mir Kunden Service vor. Das zweite Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage nur etwas Renovierungs stau bei den Zimmer.Würde es aber wieder Buchen.

Das Erste Zimmer war viel zu Laut direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl der Laut Poltert. Auch sonst sehr hellhörig.Kann man Eigentlich nur als Economy Zimmer verkaufen nicht als normales.

Liegt zentral, für Kurzurlaub geeignet.

Zimmer waren geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kostenlose Minibar vorhanden.

Für knapp 25 Euro könnte man frische Brötchen und keine Aufbackwaren erwarten, die noch nicht mal richtig aufgebacken waren. Zudem gab es einen Buchungsfehler, wo Namen verwechselt wurden und das zu einem Chaos führte. Stellplatz auf dem Hinterhof sollte 19 Euro kosten. Bad könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen.

I was sad I only stayed one night.

Breakfast was excellent. The area was quiet in the evening which was excellent. I would certainly recommend the hotel and hope to use it again.

From the outside, this hotel looks sleepy. Everything inside was in great shape, breakfast was top ,

There was a chair being moved upstairs that was very loud. Breakfast was fantastic! Some shampoo would be a nice gesture.

Good Hotel for a short stay

Breakfast was very good. Room that I stayed was small. But good for a short business stay. Location was good for a business traveller but the view from the hotel was not that great

A lovely stay in Lunenburg.

The location is easy to find and join in the Lunenburg leisure. Spacious and clean room, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location for a city visit.

The hotel is a bit run down. Carpets in the room were stained and the bathroom was in a poor state as well. Breakfast was standard.

Very good value in great location

Very kind and service oriented staff who did their best to support a somewhat unusual trip and were very flexible to help with all requests. Excellent location for any excursions into the old and downtown area. Good breakfast!

it was quiet , breakfast was ok

old and run down, musty door, elevator not working (hasn’t for weeks)we were on the third floor( 78 and 80 years old) front desk indifferent. way overpriced! mould in the bathroom. tv the size of a small computer monitor. all in all felt ripped off for the price
