The reception staff were lovely, the breakfast staff were also lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property itself was well laid out and furnished. Although the decor may be a little dated it added to the character. I will choose to stay there again when I’m next in Lüneburg.
Also, I had informed the hotel I was arriving very late by car. When I parked up outside the night porter was watching for me out of the window. He came out, introduced himself and opened the gates to let me park up. It made me feel good about my stay before it had even started.

Great location, set in the town centre and easy walking to main railway station. On-site parking. Perfect for exploring Lüneburg and local area. We did day trips to Hamburg and Berlin which were east to do and relatively low cost. Breakfast is excellent and relaxing.

Cute, historic property, loved the original features and charming architecture.
Breakfast was delicious, but maybe 2-3€ overpriced.
