We arrived very late and the staff was in touch with us. constantly and was waiting for us. The receptionist very kind that offer to charge our car early in the morning because the charger was already occupied when we arrived. The house was beautiful, perfectly positioned to the edge of the lake, very close to the reception and breakfast, very clean. and spacious. Toiletries included!
Would have been nice if was a second bathroom upstairs. There is an extra room that may be changed as a bathroom. Is winter so it didn’t bother me daylight is shorten, but the window next to the bed is without curtain

The hotel and room is very beautiful. Unfortunately, we could not see Northern light because of bad weather but the view still amazing!

I loved the staff, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. The activities were also fantastic and really enjoyable and the main selling point was that it was great to view the northern lights
The apartment was dated, not worth the price and incredibly cramped. The sheets were not clean and the overall apartment needed a massive revamp. I also didn’t like there was no free activities you had to spend a lot to enjoy everything the resort has to offer and were still charged a resort fee
