The place is great, we had so much peace and fun at the same time. The nearest grocery store is a little farther away, but that same distance from everything is precisely what i was looking for. No need to look for fancy igloos or hotels, this place is great and Esther is a very great and lovely host!

The property is sparkling clean, very well equipped kitchen, where you can find anything you need. Ester was exceptional: she showed us around, gave as great tips of coffee shops and other activities in Tromso. But the best thing is that we were able to observe the northern lights all 3 nights of our stay from the balcony of the house. It’s unforgettable experience.

The location is nice. We did get a refund from the owner without any hassle and long conversations. I guess if you book the "vacation home", everything is fine. If you book the "One-bedroom home" like we did, well, then .... in either case, the owner has corrected her listing, which is very honest and professional.
The one bedroom home is depicted with four out of the 62 pictures, so if you study pictures, then you'd know. If you rely on the advertised text, then you'll be disappointed. There is no 2nd bedroom in a separate building, there is no bathtub. The home is really just a very small bungalow, not a "home", and it's not 30some square meters, but a whopping 23m2 inside. When writing this review, we've noticed that the owner has corrected the listing on booking.com, which we appreciate for future guests.
