Helt greit, nær flyplassen var viktig for meg, og det var det.

Ikke overveldende, helt greit Dårlig språk, men gjorde nok sitt beste

Meh

Great views from the bar. Check in and check out uncomplicated and fast. Easy acces with quick elevators. Very clean and good beds.

Not enough value for the money. Tries (too hard) to target a young audience, but lacks in service propositions. Both of the above due to lean concept. Feels quite understaffed, staff seem underpaid. This location deserves a proper inhouse restaurant instead of a mere shop/bar serving mediocre fast food.

Friendly and super helpful!

The hotel is five minutes from the airport and has great connections to the main town and surrounding areas. The staff and super lovely, especially Pedro, who gave us lots of advice and tips for things to do in the area and how to get to different spots. I suffer with a bad back and the staff were more than willing to fill up my hot water bottle to help me out! Brilliant hotel and a really enjoyable stay!

There isn't a kettle in the room.

Gutes, sauberes und modernes Hotel mit Abstrichen beim Frühstück

Toller Ausblick von der Sky Bar mit Blick auf Fjord und Berge. Gute Busverbindungen zum Zentrum (ca. 11min).

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich und überteuert für das, was angeboten wurde. Wir waren 1 Woche vor Ort und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche und leider kein frisches Obst.

Good location but expensive for what you get.

Good location, close to the airport

We booked a mountain view room for US$300 and all we got was a view of the car park. They gave us a room on the ground floor next to the laundry/service room and it was tiny.

Pour rapport qualité prix c’est moyen.

Son emplacement

Le prix exorbitant, on m’avait promis une vue sur la montagne et je me suis retrouvé la vue sur le parking 😭😭. En plus petit déjeuner non compris par rapport le prix qu’on a payé. Par contre une vue exceptionnelle depuis la réception 😍😍

A very basic hotel

Great views from the 11th floor. Good rooms that were clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff members

The reception and bar were all functioning as one unit, this made the whole area too busy at times . The card payment machines were not always working properly which absolutely ruined the experience at the restaurant My cards worked without any issues everywhere except Moxy. The 11th floor is too powerfully lit at night with green lights that reflect on the glass walls, lots of people come here looking for Northern lights and this doesn’t help at all. It would be good to hang a clock on the wall. No tea or coffee making facility available in the rooms.

Prisene på det som ble solgt i resepsjonen er helt hinsides! Så dyrt at det ikke ble noe salg. Litt lite bord å jobbe ved.

Perfekt

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Für skandinavische Verhältnisse schon richtig "harte" Matratzen, sehr angenehm. Der Blick vom obersten Stock ist natürlich einmalig. Dort befinden sich die Rezeption, Bar, Frühstückgelegenheit, ein Billardtisch, Tischfußball, Sitzecken. Hier kann man es aushalten. Dafür liegt es deutlich außerhalb des Zentrums.

Für den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels in Tromsø

Die Lage ist super neben dem Flughafen. Ein Supermarkt und ein Einkaufszentrum sind auch direkt in der Nähe. Die Bar ist sehr schick hergerichtet und das Highlight am Hotel, die Aussicht ist toll. Dort kann man es gut aushalten, wenn nicht zu viele Gäste anwesend sind. Das Hotel ist der perfekte Ort um Flugzeuge beim Starten und Landen zu beobachten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Halterung in der Dusche war locker und der Duschkopf wiederum so verkeilt, dass man ihn nicht in der Höhe verstellen konnte (und das in einem neuen Hotel?). Der Fernseher zeigt zwar mögliche Verbindung mit den eigenen Geräten an, auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir aber, dass es nicht funktioniere. Auf den Zimmern ist sehr wenig Platz und keinerlei Schrank oder Ähnliches um Dinge zu verstauen, man stolpert also über den eigenen Koffer. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist leider sehr mager im Vergleich zu Hotels ähnlicher Preisklasse. Die Bar ist zwar sehr cool, wirkt aber schnell überfüllt und laut wenn mehr Gäste anwesend sind. Dann lieber ein anderes Hotel buchen und die Bar separat besuchen. Der Kaffee war leider echt nicht gut.

Helt greit hotell til helt grei pris. Litt for industrielt, men hyggelig betjening og god standard på rommet.

Fin utsikt, rent og pent på rommet. Mulighet for å låse inn tingene før innsjekk. Kort vei til matbutikken, burger king, kjøpesenter og busstopp.

Vonde puter på rommet. Trangt i frokostområdet, blir fort kø. I tillegg var det snaut med mat igjen, til tross for en hel time igjen av frokosten.

Aussicht!

Beste Aussichtswarte im Ort, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick ist empfehlenswert!

Fenster gehen nicht öffnen, was bei Spiegelung und Anlaufen außen fürs Nordlichtschauen schlecht ist :(

Not up to expectations

Good room. Near the airport, so it is good for layovers when There’s no time to go somewhere else.

I paid extra for a fjord view But that turned out to be a busy highway view with a fjord lirking behind it. This hotel also had the most ridiculous breakfast experience I’ve ever had. And i travel a lot. First there was a Line that went on for 15 minutes before even reaching the food. Then the food is set up in a single Line counter, so everyone has to wait for the person in front to finish putting buttter on their bread etc. Very poorly organised. Then - there are not even enough tables! And the food itself was dull - salad was half dead with brown withered edges. If we wanted a refill of anything we had to stand in a 15 min Line again.

Es war okay.

Aussicht auf den Flughafen. Die Terrasse war geöffnet. Es gab genügend Platz zum Parkieren.

Das Frühstück war im Gegensatz zum Inserat (auf dem Foto in Grün präsentiert) nicht inbegriffen. Zudem war das Frühstücksbuffet lediglich ok. Auswahl eher bescheiden und langweilig. Zudem waren die Speisen lieblos angerichtet und nicht wirklich frisch. Für umgerechnet etwas mehr als Fr. 16.00 pro Person und Tag war es eher enttäuschend. Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt. Da es keine Fussbodenheizung gab war es sehr unangenehm. Das Badezimmer hatte zum Glück eine separate Heizung.

Viihtyisä, kätevä ja tasokas hotelli

Tasokas majoitus lähellä lentokenttää. Paikallisliikenne kätevästi lähellä, samoin ostoskeskus. Airport Express kuljetus haki ja vei hotellin parkkipaikalta. Viihtyisä lounge ylimmässä kerroksessa. Hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa, mutta lämmintä purtavaa voi tilata baarista. Suosittelen!

Very good

The room size is ok for one night, very warm and super clean. The location is perfect if you need hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is good enough with a lot of choices

There is no restaurant, they serve only bar food. If you want to go downtown you need the car.

Staff were great, room was clean and comfortable

Location was very misleading from pics provided - its basically on an industrial estate. Room was very basic for the price. Food options were extremely limited in bar and were very poor quality. Tv didn’t work in the room.

Comfortable and relaxing setting

Very fresh, modern and clean. The hotel is well maintained. The bar terrace area of the hotel is lovely. I loved the pool table the games and most importantly the views- it really is a place you want to come and hang out at after a day of excursions.

The water in our shower was lukewarm which was slightly problematic and the location is a 10 minute drive from centre of Tromso.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Einzigartiges Hotel mit Skylounge. Sehr gute Lage nahe am Flughafen und direkt an Hauptverkehrsachsen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Hotelparkplatz mit 250NOK etwas teuer aber, war zu erwarten in Norwegen.

Die Bar im 11. Stock ist empfehlenswert: wunderbare Aussicht!

Die Raumtemperatur war mit 20 Grad etwas zu kühl.

Las vistas desde el bar/comedor son muy buenas. Y el personal del hotel muy simpático. Las habitaciones están muy bien, con ventanas grandes, y bien equipadas. Muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Bra alternativ for reisende med egen- eller leiebil.

Enkelt å komme seg rundt gitt at man har bil. Gode parkeringsmuligheter, imøtekommende personale, kort avstand til tunnelene og dermed enkelt å kjøre til fjellet p-hus for å gå i sentrum. Velkomstdrink på huset. Gode underholdningsalternativer i 11. etasje.

Enkelte små flekker på dynetrekk, intet stort.

Beautiful view from the bar/restaurant, comfortable stay!

The breakfast was great - lots of options and the space was comfortable.

I didn't like that they charged for parking when it seemed like the location was somewhat suburban ... it is one thing to charge for parking in a city where you have to pay for parking no matter where you are but this felt like an unnecessary charge just to get more money from guests.
