House with interesting layout, clean comfortable room, good washing machine. Good off-season price.
There is no staff on site; two questions sent via booking.com (one before and one during the stay) were not responded to.

Room was big enough, clean bathroom, it was good location for my purpose of travel. Small grocery shop in the same building was convenient.
Location in industrial area and a view to a row of abandoned cars might not be ideal to everyone. On arrival the entire room was covered in a thin black coat of coal dust, like there would have been a fire, so we spent a few hours cleaning before we could touch any surface. There’s no microwave or TV in the room. The bed squeaks so loudly on every small movement that it was difficult to sleep.

Comfortable beds, easy self check in, bus stop to city centre a short walk away, supermarket downstairs, modern looking room.
Basics such as shampoo, body wash, oil, salt & pepper would have been good to save us from buying big bottles and throwing it way after.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable (but small). There was a kitchen that worked fine. The bathroom has floor heating which is nice as well. The shower was also good.
There is no lobby but when you call the company they respond quickly and do help you.
I absolutely hated the location, but we were close to the airport by car which was nice when we were leaving.
The location was very bad. It’s right in an industrial zone above a grocery store which takes away all the charm of Tromsø. On top of that the curtains are not cut to the right length and let through a lot of light and is difficult to properly close. The view is a grocery store parking lot, some logistics companies and a bus parking lot. It’s fully illuminated day and night with very bright lights and there is sound 24/7.
There is no lobby so if you have a problem it’s kind of awkward because you’re not sure wether to call them or not (which obviously also costs money as a foreigner). In my case we were left in the bathroom with only half a roll of toilet paper. There is also no daily cleaning from what I’ve seen so everything is up to yourself.
I understand Norway has a strong economy and I understand Tromso is an expensive city, but for over €100/night I find it still very bad value for money. At that price point I have found much better accomodations on Airbnb.
