The location was good for our trip to the lakes.
The pub directly opposite was perfect for evening meal.
The breakfast, and choice of breakfast was good.
The host, Dean was friendly and helpful.
The room was basic but adequate.
The host also helped dry and air our damp clothes after a days hiking.
All the rooms are very close and you are able to hear the other guests. One fella was coughing most of the night which kept us awake (**no fault of the host**).
One morning, the car park was full, which made it very tight and tricky to manouver the car out.

The location was good.
A little dated, but I didn’t mind.

Property was clean and comfortable and everything that we needed for our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, thanks so much Dean nothing was too much trouble for you and everything was amazing from arriving to leaving.
There was nothing negative I have to say,

the breakfast was good, the location was perfect
on the second day of our stay at the facility, we spent most of the day in the room because the weather was very bad, the owner didn't make sure to turn on the heating, so it was very cold in the room
