Habitaciones ruidosas y mala atención al cliente.

El hotel está en una casona bonita y con buena ubicación.

No se puede dormir en las habitaciones del primer piso, se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera. Desde la entrada del hotel, los huéspedes los trabajadores. Los colchones y almohadas son de mala calidad.

Convenient

Location is perfect, very close to town centre. Has Netflix at room.

Reception is not 24 hours, only a non-English speaking attendant sleep overnight at the crouches near the reception. Not much helpful when you have to go out early by pickup for some day trips. Intermitten hot shower water. Be prepared that water suddenly came as a period of cold shock right after you're done with you shampoo!

Conveniently located hotel with beautiful aesthetic. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful- with late checkout, luggage storage on the days before and after our stay, and organising a laundry service for us.

Good location near the main plaza

the room didn’t have proper curtains and it was very bright in the room, not so good for the sleep. Also the walls and doors were very thin, so you could hear a lot from the courtyard

Location of this hotel is very convenient.

They gave me the worst room in the hotel. No natural light. You could smell the humidity in the room. It was a room that maybe was a deposit turned into a hotel room. Unfortunately I felt they give the worst rooms to people who don't reserve directly with them. Also, they only accept cash payment...this always feel strange.

Exceptional

I love all actually, but what I liked the most was the people who work there, always willing to help you with a big smile, and the hotel owners who take care of their clients. During my stay at the hotel, two of the guests had birthday and the owner prepared cakes with her own hands and other very delicious extra things for breakfast. I have not really seen this in any other hotel around the world. This to me says it all, beside the confort of the rooms, the beds,and everything is always clean, the showers are hot and the breakfast always so good.

I just simply adore this lovely hotel , You should not regret to live here for couple of days as base in Cusco .

The location is very near center and 8 minutes to airport. Very quiet and nice ambiance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the courtyard very much, just want to sit myself in the chair doing nothing and idle the time away~ The breakfast is freshly prepared and coca tea is available 24/7 to help relieve the altitude sickness.

The Wi-Fi speed sometimes is slow but I got my own data, should not bother me too much .

Very good

The hotel building is very beautiful! Original stone walls and big rooms. Wellcome saff.

It is quite dusty under the bad, seems no one ever clean there. There is no big mirror in a room. I would appreciate the pair of slippers in the room.

You have to be kidding me

We arrived to a spacious room with high ceiling. We ordered the in room massage to be told it wasn’t available until the following day. Which was fine. Then the disaster started to happen -the phone didn’t work -sink and toilet stopped working -the shower hot water was not even lukewarm -when the massage did happen they said it was best to just do it on our bed instead of their tables since they didn’t bring it. It was the most uncomfortable since they had us vertical on the bed with our neck and feet hanging off. For $45 usd each this was a complete rip off Then we were told the wing we stayed at was having issues and we were moved to another room after the day. That room was tiny. -the bathroom door needs fixing and you had to yank it or push it for it to close -the toilet holder was broken off -the towel hanger was broken Then to top this all off the staff seemed annoyed at everything when we notified them. At check out I was informed that card transactions were 5% of top of everything. This seems new and something implemented the last few days since the protests started. Do not stay here if you expect comfort or service. Come if you’re desperate that was us. We had to hike from Aguas Caliente and this was hope we were treated.

Beautiful building, great location and helpful staff

The building is beautiful. The location is perfect and the staff is nice and attentive. Rooms were ok, Cozy I would say.

Breakfast was not good. You need to be super early otherwise it runs out and it takes a while till they bring food back. It felt like they were being tight with food. Specially when thinking fruits in Peru are so cheap, they would just serve a big plate of mixed fruits which will be gone in seconds.. Then you have to wait like 20 min till a new fruit plate comes out. The omelette was pre made, cold and tasteless. Definitely they need to upgrade their breakfast buffet. Bathrooms need to be upgraded. You could hear all the noise from outside and even people talking.

Very good experience

My stay was excellent. The staff is very kind and efficient, especially Shan. They took great care of my luggage while I spent one night in Aguas Calientes. When I came back from there, the bags were already in my room.

Everything was OK.

A Cusco hideout in the busy Plaza de Armas

Location

Breakfast needs to be changed and improved, minor things need to be fixed such as fixtures in the bathroom and the window locks are loose.

Lovely architecture, location not too bad

Bathroom was cold as it was open to the exterior, they were super stingy on soap and towels.

Cold nigh!

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas.

The room had no heater (Cuzco nights were 3 degrees), and we had to call the staff twice before getting one minimal, which wasn't enough for the whole room. Also, the bathroom sink was leaking terribly.

You can find better places in Cusco

Good location and nice patio

Room was quite dirty. Staff was available, but not the nicest we found in Perù. We wanted to pay by credit card and we had to pay an extra 5% for it.

Great value for money

The location is excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and looked great.

The breakfast was really good but perhaps not as good as breakfast you would find in a european hotel
