For the price we didn't expect air conditioning in our room, and the Aircon worked perfectly. We also didn't expect on-site parking but it was there and super easy to park. We weren't informed in advance about the €10 parking charge, but even with that charge it was the cheapest hostel in the area by far. Staff were friendly and had good understanding of our broken Spanish and few English words. Check-in was smooth and quick. Cotton sheets (polyester coverlet) sink in the room and soap and shampoo provided. Free Wi-Fi, with excellent reception all over the hostel and no need to register through any portal.
Hostel is within the ZBE anti pollution traffic zone which led to confusion about if we could drive there. Luckily the zone is only active Mon-Fri 07:00-20:00 and we checked in outside these times. Street noise was an issue with pub-goers making a lot of noise well past midnight (though earplugs helped with this). No ensuite in our room, but toilets not far. One of the toilets was broken when we arrived, but staff seemed receptive when we reported it. Not being told in advance about the €10 parking charge (but even with that charge it's the cheapest hostel in the area by far)

Location is walking distance if you go gibraltar
I should say it’s cheap but go here from San Roque bus station it’s taxi 23 euro going to LA linea concepcion because I don’t know where are there transportation in La Linea located it’s so hard to talk to people here in this area the town is laid back
