C’est un hôtel très bien placé tranquille, à 10 minutes de l’université, j’ai logé dans la partie rénovée. La chambre était très bien très propre et spacieuse. Pour l’arrivée on a un peu galéré pour trouver la deuxième entrée, mais heureusement il y avait quelqu’un à la réception qui nous a dirigé avec gentillesse.

location was perfect for our needs, central with access to all.
The windows were both cracked in our room and one of them was completely broken. When we tried to open one the handle fell off!
The room was not finished properly...paint patches on the walls and price stickers for the door frame timber and door still attached.
Bed was not accessable from both sides..so partner had to clamber over or down to get out of bed...the light above the bed did not work and
Also the toilet was so close to the sink, you could not sit comfortably on the toilet without hitting your knees...and we are not particularly tall.
Coffee machine was available with a few coffee caps, but no creamers, sugar ect.

Hotel itself was very nice, had everything what you wanted and location was also wonderful!

Location, double glazing, great beds
no contact with staff on arrival, All done by remote control, having to drag suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

It was an honour for me to be lodged in such an old, historical building, thoroughly renovated, very clean, spatious, great location, not far from the old city centre, but safely & silently away. The greatest value possible for the little money, at that price the only other choice is Ibis budget, and here you get huge, comfortable suite in much better location.
I don't know why between the booking and our arrival there, I've received some 25 e-mails from the property, it was mostly nothing, boring, repeating itself. That's the only thing to be improved, all else was brilliant.

Good sized room with helpful facilties such as hob, microwave, fridge, kettle etc.

We checked in and out without seeing any staff, as we arrived in the evening and were staying in the building next to the main building. That made it a little impersonal. A welcome message in the room would have been nice, with info about breakfast options for example.

Rooms are clean, a decent size and have coffee machines and kettles.
Rooms are bizarrely warm, even with the heating turned off and the windows open. The close proximity to church bells that ring all night made it difficult to sleep at times.

A lovely, quirky place to stay. Lots of room in a very old, but sturdy building. The elevator is an adventure, but they warn you about it ahead of time. The amenities were excellent, and the rooms got fresh towels, baskets emptied and beds made everyday. Super!
If there was an included breakfast, it would be almost perfect. Low ceilings on the 4th floor are a hazard for the tall, but not much can be done about that, except putting warning tape on them!

Very spacious, great kitchen to use, bed was comfortable. Good location for seeing the town. The checkin/checkout was very smooth and easy.
No fan in the bedroom, no spatula in the kicthen, bathroom was a bit small.
Overall really enjoyed our stay here.
