I loved that my room had a private balcony with a stunning direct view of Mt. Kanchenjunga — waking up to that was truly unforgettable. We had traveled all the way from the US directly to Darjeeling, and the comfort of the room along with the breathtaking view made the long journey absolutely worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, which made our stay feel warm and welcoming.
There wasn’t much to dislike, but a couple of small things could be improved. In some areas, the wooden floor tiles were slightly coming off, and the ceiling near the bed felt a bit low, even for someone of average height. These were minor issues and didn’t affect our overall comfort, but addressing them would make the stay even better.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. We enjoyed beautiful mountain views from the hotel. It was a home like feeling. Highly recommended.
