The property was beautiful well kept and private. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious cute and had a big shower and great water pressure. Very close to the town center. The pool was nice enjoyed swimming in it and the yard was very spacious with plenty of seats, swings and hammocks to enjoy.
There was nothing to dislike about this place.

Nice pool and garden. Friendly family that runs the place. Nice breakfast under the pergola. Easy parking for your car.
The room smelled a bit like truffle oil. I guess one of the previous guests has broken a jar there. It’s popular item for sale in Orvieto.

Beautiful backdrop behind Orvieto. The apartment was lovely, and we loved the swimming pool, and breakfast.

Friendly staff
It was so noisy. Constant motorway noise, train noise, a few airplanes. Could hear each guest when they returned in the main door. Could hear guests in their rooms. Had a guest try to get in our room 2 times. Pillows were old and thin-bedding ancient. Booked due to shuttle to station that did not exist. Generally scruffy
